In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of Telesales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales via Telemarketing for products campaigns.
- Upsell and cross sell new services and solutions to existing customers.
- Handles renewals of customers licenses, subscriptions and support contracts.
- Provide quotations and proposals to new and existing customers enquiries.
- Data mining for specific group of targeted customers
- Make cold calls to potential customers.
- Tracking of renewal schedules, planning, forecast and reporting.
- Create strategies and actions to achieve high renewal rates and upsell motions.
- Building rapport and relationship with customers.
- Work together with marketing team for lead generation activities and follow up actions.
- General Administrative duties.
Requirement :
- Fresh graduates from Polytechnic/university are welcome.
- Experience on renewal activities for IT companies will be advantages.
- Familiarity or experience with Microsoft 365 licensing will be advantages.
- Knowledge of business admin, marketing or IT will be advantages.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant disposition.
- Ability to communicate well with customers via emails and telephone conversation.
- Positive thinking, and eager to learn attitude will be required.
- Aggresive sales and winning mindset. Be hungry and result oriented.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
