Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team on a 1-year contract basis. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide support for internal and external audits
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficient in SAP software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- CPA certification is a plus
