- Provide guidance and support to 3PL partners to ensure KPIs are met.
- Oversee daily operations, including system transactions and escalation handling.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for accuracy and availability.
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile SAP vs INCA data.
- Validate 3PL billing and ensure accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with local, import, and export shipment regulations.
- Analyze logistics data to identify operational improvements and implement solutions.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, with 5+ years of logistics experience.
- Proficient in logistics software (SAP)
