Responsibilities:
- Lead a group of Production Technicians in the safe and smooth running of the production
- Assist the Process Engineer to conduct activities and projects to optimize operation during Shift to achieve operational and cost efficiency
- Troubleshoot plant/equipment/quality issues and recommend countermeasures.
- Monitor and ensure plant equipment integrity and reliability.
- Assist the Process Engineer to support Shift operation by providing suitable operating conditions for stable plant operation and product quality control
- Train and develop team members
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:

- Have knowledge of process control and troubleshooting, hands on knowledge of plant equipment and instrumentation.
- Essential prerequisites include good analytical and technical report writing skills, ability to be a team player with leadership, initiative, drive & commitment, able to take pressure and able to communicate well with others.
- Able to commit to shift working schedule

- 1- 2 years of experience in petroleum, chemical or polymer industries
