Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
- Source for quotation for materials and service
- Analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Involve in Project Budget Management, Cost Estimation and Cost Control
- Responsible for Monthly progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors
- Prepare settlement for final account
- Manage Contracts administration
- Handle issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim etc.
- Any ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar capacity
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Familiar with tendering, project cost control in M&E works
- Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
