Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with semiconductor equipment, including computer systems, advanced software, and networked or wireless systems.
- Perform on-site tasks such as installation, preventive maintenance, equipment modifications, parts overhaul, and repair work.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and customers for administrative and technical project matters.
- Coordinate logistics and collaborate with customers on equipment-related requirements.
- Address customer complaints promptly and provide effective solutions.
- Monitor product performance, provide regular updates, and document feedback on service requests.
- Report recurring customer issues to management to help implement future improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with semiconductor equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful team player.
- Self-driven individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
- Willingness to work or remain on standby during after-hours, weekends, or public holidays.
