Clinic Manager duties:
* Supervise a team of Clinic Assistants to ensure smooth and efficient operations at our GP clinic
* Maintain consistent protocols for various tasks such as patient registration, queue management, medication dispensing, invoicing and payment collection, claim submission, drug inventory management, and general cleanliness
* Manage medication, supplies, and equipment by overseeing orders and conducting stock taking
* Manage the financial and administrative aspects of the clinic, which involves organising files and information, as well as maintaining accurate records of petty cash and billings
* Coordinate schedules for Clinic Assistants and Doctors
* Ensure compliance with guidelines set by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (PHMC)
Requirements:
a) Prior experience in clinic operations (minimum 2 years)
b) Knowledge of relevant government and insurance schemes and/or usage of Plato CMS an advantage

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,650.00 - $3,850.00 per month
Hours: 38.5 or 41.5 hours/week including 1 weekend shift
