Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end development of HRIS cloud platform and relaunch integrated best-of-suite solutions for clients
· Work cross-functionally with vendor and technical teams across full spectrum of development including business analysis, UI/UX, graphics design, mobile app engineering
· Lead project lifecycle, including requirements planning, development, testing and deployment
· Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and roadmaps, regularly communicate progress and adjustments to stakeholders
· Responsible for defining project scope, setting timelines, managing resources and overseeing development
· Maintaining stakeholder alignment and upholding quality standards across project phases
· Collaborate closely with Development Teams to understand business needs and technical requirements
· Ensure compliance with HR and payroll regulations, aligning system with organizational policies
· Monitor resource allocation, project budget and timelines to ensure project goals are met
· Oversee user acceptance testing and quality assurance processes to ensure a smooth and accurate rollout
· Knowledge on system administration for Cloud environment and MS SQL database
Requirements:
· Degree in Business / IT / related field
· More than 5 years of experience in Project Management for HRIS (Software / Web Development)
· Solid understanding of both cloud development processes and HRIS / Payroll functionalities
· Proven experience in Payroll / HRIS Project Management running as SaaS in Cloud Platform is a plus
· Knowledge in project / product management, project lifecycle and best practices, data encryption, compliance standards and multi-tenant architecture
· Agile & SDLC methodologies with experience in tools like JIRA
· Strong communication of direction and solid knowledge of Project Management Methodology
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
