Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist on daily duties of employees to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed
- Provide guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints and/or disputes
- Manage cycle counting program according to SLA
- Investigate stock discrepancies and feed causes for stock discrepancies through to the operation
- Investigate internal excess & short picks and feed causes through to the operation
- Report on any stock adjustments; including the reasons for these adjustments
- Ensure KPI is met and prompt submission of reports to Supervisor/ Manager
- Interpret and explain work procedures and policies to staff
- Prepare and manage reports, manuals, and other documents using a WMS or SAP
- Initiate and maintain orderly records in compliance with company regulations
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager in support of operations when necessary
