SALES AND ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

5 Day Full time 44 hour work week that includes either Saturday/Sunday as assigned.

While your work will be divided into two roles, you will be performing one role at a time.

Multiple outlets: Pasir Panjang, Woodlands, Bukit Panjang. Sufficient travel time will be given.

Description:

  • Bill and invoice Management: Keying of sales orders from walk in customers/WhatsApp orders.
  • Cashiering: processing customer transactions.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of low stock items in warehouse, highlight if stock is not enough for delivery.
  • Accounts Management: Keeping track of payments and following up of pending payments.
  • Files Management: Filing paperwork passed to you by external and internetal warehouse employees, filing paperwork for tax declaration, tallying and flagging accounts that have missed payments/orders, and any other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

  • Able to work 1 weekend and on PH. (Off in lieu will be provided for PH.)
  • Must be aged twentyone to be able to sell restricted tobacco products.
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English language to process mandarin documents and liase with Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking customers.
  • Diploma or degree in a related field like Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Retail is a plus.
