Job Description
- Handling and drafting of email correspondences.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying etc.
- Sort out letters and mails for distribution.
- Follow up on clients’ documents for submissions.
- Preparation of monthly performance reports, data entry.
- Book meeting rooms. Coordinate monthly meetings and online conferences.
- Preparation of meeting slides and minutes.
- Procurement of office supplies, stationery.
- Payroll and CPF contribution for employees.
- Monthly compilation and filing of Company expenses, accounts.
- Organise travel plans for Director such as flight and hotel arrangements.
- Assist in coordinating for events, trainings when needed.
- General administrative support for Associate Directors and Managers when required.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Levels or local polytechnic diploma.
- Meticulous and well-organised, able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Maintain confidentiality of clients' information.
