Role of Retail Associate:
Customer Service
- Greet and deliver an uplifting welcome to customers
- Create a fun, warm, and friendly shopping experience throughout the store by sharing product knowledge and enthusiasm with our customers
- Help answer questions by our customers; offering suggestions/recommendations and walking our customers to the products they are searching for
- Manage the operation of the cash register
- Assist in packing purchased items with care
Store Preparation
- Assist in the receiving, verification, and unloading of deliveries to the store
- Help stock shelves and ensure regular rotation of products
- Adhere to proper food handling procedures
- Upkeep the cleanliness of the store

Skills and Abilities:
- Previous work experience in retail operation and customer service will be an advantageous, but not necessary
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
