· Job Description
1. Provide consistent professional spa facial following spa standards.
2. Ensure a high level of service standards
3. Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms, and other parts of the spa.
4. Responsible for preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply, etc.
5. Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely
6. Follow and comply with the instructions given by Spa Manager
· Requirements
1. Preferably with ITEC / WSQ certificate or massage certification
2. Able to commit work on weekends/public holidays
3. 6 days work week
4. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
5. Pleasant personality and hardworking
