Responsibilities:
- Plan, oversee, and carry out the onboarding and implementation of new businesses.
- Support the program/project manager with a range of initiatives and projects for both internal and external customers by:
- Making GANTT Diagrams
- Diagrams of Project Flow
- Standard Operating Procedures: Writing and Development
- Providing instruction to nearby branch offices
- Handling Important progress meetings and giving project/implementation stakeholders regular updates
- Creating Automation for Reports
- Enhancement and implementation of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- IT's new EDI implementation
- Improvement of the process
- Work Instruction (WI) created by other account teams should be created and reviewed.
- Assist Regional IT with business-related advice and assistance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry
- Experience in plan, Manage and execute implementation/on boarding of new businesses
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word, Powerpoint
- Responsible and able to work remotely to deliver key tasks completed on time
- Detail oriented and able to manage their own schedule well.
