Responsibilities:
- Payroll processing for employees
- Overseeing all payroll-related tasks, such as statutory reporting, leave administration, and time management system updates.
- Observe the procedures related to pay and benefits, including bonus payments and fee adjustments.
- Manage employment pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Organize staff training sessions and maintain the training matrix as part of your coordination of training and development programs.
- To handle employee needs, such as arrivals and departures, communicate with the company's dorm supervisor and the dormitory operators.
- Oversee government-related duties, such as tax clearance, IR21, government, and training grants.
- Fulfill any extra duties and tasks that are assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in HR & Admin.
- Well-versed in Employment Act and Income Tax regulations.
- Familiar with using HR system, MS Excel and Word.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
- Resourceful, and self-driven with high degree of professional integrity.
