Responsibilities:
- Support with the weekend operation of designated outlets
- Exemplify the desire to upsell new promotion items and motivate the team to achieve sales targets daily
- Forming the new hires’ training plan for the new outlet and coaching onsite to support the operation during the first month of opening.
- Provide counselling and mentoring outlet staff to align with company SOP
- Conduct On-the-job training programmes and assessment
- Evaluate learner’s feedback and follow up performance consistency
- Work harmoniously with the Branch manager
- Other training administrative duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of of demonstrated experience in F&B/Hotel training
- Experienced in conducting On-the-Job training
- Experience in monitoring multiple outlets' training performances and frequently cross-deploying between outlets.
- Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; competency in MS Office products (outlook, word) required
- Strong project management abilities to guarantee on-time project delivery and the capacity to oversee several projects at once without much guidance
- ACTA, ACTAv4 or ACLP certification will be an advantage
