Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for current clients and freight forwarding service pricing inquiries.
- Respond to and help with RFQs from clients abroad.
- Create quotes and sales proposals according to the needs of the client.
- Follow up on the sales proposal and get client input to make it better.
- Respond to consumer complaints and find a solution.
- Assist the operations team in coordinating the RFQ's implementation.
- Analyzes consumer behavior from inquiries and feedback to help attract and keep clients.
- Get out of the office to close sales leads and network with current and potential customers. resourceful and creative, able to customize solutions to fit the needs of customers.
- Supports the creation of sales strategies by keeping an eye on competitors and producing and pursuing local and regional business leads.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain
- Minimum 1 years of Sales experience in freight forwarding (Both Ocean and Air Freight)/ Logistics
- Outspoken and willing to acquire new knowledge about logistics and Freight Forwarding
- Sales-Driven, initiative, creative, problem solver & Self-motivated
- Able to multi-task and work independently
