**Qualifications and Requirements:**
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in maintaining automation equipment.
- Experience working on offshore projects.
- Strong creative thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest technologies.
- Commitment to continually upgrading technical knowledge.
- Knowledge of onboard systems or equivalent vessel system knowledge.
- Familiarity with electrical and electronic components is preferred.
- Ability to work onboard (offshore) for extended periods, often for months at a time.
- A minimum of one year of experience in the onboard/offshore field is preferred.
- Capability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in relevant fields such as ship automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with applicable codes related to electronic engineering.
- Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting using structured text programming.
- Strong team player with effective interpersonal skills.
