Data Privacy Consultant

Role

This position is expected to base in Singapore with focus in both presales and post-sales activities . He/she is expected to support senior to develop data privacy proposal or response to Request For Proposal (RFP) and support seniors in the implementation of the Data Privacy Framework or/and Data Privacy Management Software for the regional customers. This candidate can expect to acquire knowledge/experience of end-to-end ie from pre-sales to post-sales.

This candidate may from time to time being assigned project to carry out either the whole implementation or partial phases depending on the resourcing plan. This role is expected to be an integral part of the team to deliver quality implementation of our services to our customer.

CNAV is a Data Security and Data Privacy Solution Provider specialized in managing turnkey projects, providing services including but not limited to Data Security and Data Privacy based on business requirement with focus in complying to Data Privacy acts in SEA such as PDPA in Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia, PDPD in Vietnam and PDP Law in Indonesia.

Duties

The expected duties of this role are as follow:

1. Supporting Sales on crafting out solution proposals or response to an RFP
2. Furnish sales proposal with write-ups
3. Research on respective regulations if applicable
4. Present proposal to customer
5. Carrying out implementation of solution in whole or partial phases for projects
6. Develop framework, privacy policies, procedures and notices for customers
7. Assist Consultant in conducting workshops and aid in developing data inventory maps or records of processing activities
8. Carry out as a Business Analyst role for the implementation of the privacy product purchased by customer
9. Conduct training

Qualification

The expected qualification is as follow:

1. Diploma or Degree in either Business Administration, Banking or equivalent
2. At least 3 years of providing data privacy consulting or relevant experience especially some exposure in Singapore PDPA, Indonesia PDPL or EU GDPR will be an advantage
3. Meticulous in reading and crafting documents
4. Fluent in English
5. Ability to speak in other languages such as Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia or Vietnamese is advantage
6. Good interpersonal communication skill
7. Ability to work without supervision
8. Passionate about achieving customer satisfaction
9. Some interest in Information Technology and prepared to pick up new technology related to data privacy
10. No issue in traveling in SEA
