- Provide Level 2 support for AIX operating systems and related technologies, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Administer AIX servers, including installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Manage virtualization technologies such as PowerVM, SR-IOV, SEA, and VIOS.
- Implement and maintain high availability solutions using HACMP and monitor system performance.
- Ensure security compliance by applying best practices, patches, and conducting audits.
- Proven experience with IBM AIX system administration and virtualization (PowerVM, VIOS, LPARs).
- Strong knowledge of high availability (HACMP) and security measures for AIX systems.
- Familiarity with IBM Spectrum Scale (GPFS) and performance tuning tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with client teams.
