Location: West Coast Plazza
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (3 weekdays & 2 weekends) (PH OFF!)
Salary: Up to $3500 per month + quarterly / annual bonus
- Support customer acquisition by onboarding and recommending suitable programs.
- Organize and support customer engagement initiatives like events and competitions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as their advocate.
- Plan lead generation events and ensure class payments are received.
- Collaborate with the teaching team on assessments and follow-ups.
- Handle administrative tasks, including onboarding emails, data entry, and research.
- Ensure accurate customer data management in the CRM system.
- Trac progress and maintain ongoing relationships.
