· Handle correction for data extracted for medical claims within the required turnaround time and ensure that claims are registered accurately in the system.
· Issue expired cheque timely to meet the expected turnaround time.
· Verify policy information and cheque status
· Liaise with and follow up with claimants, policyholders and agents on outstanding requirements (if any)
