Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized one-on-one training sessions tailored to individual client goals, abilities, and fitness levels.
Qualifications & Skills:
Certification in Personal Training (ACE, NASM, NSCA, or equivalent).
Specializations in at least one fitness discipline will be a plus (e.g., Muay Thai, Pilates, yoga, functional movement).
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and injury prevention techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability to cater to beginners, seasoned athletes, and special populations.
Ability to work flexible hours
