Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Finance Manager to lead and oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be a visionary financial leader, capable of driving organizational growth while ensuring financial stability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Planning & Strategy:Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives.
    Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  2. Financial Operations:Oversee accounting, taxation, and audit processes.
    Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with statutory regulations.
  3. Risk & Compliance Management:Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
    Ensure adherence to legal, tax, and financial regulations.
  4. Leadership & Collaboration:Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve high performance.
    Collaborate with executive leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
    Present comprehensive reports to the executive team and board of directors.
  6. Resource Allocation:Optimize the allocation of financial resources to maximize returns and efficiency.
    Drive cost control initiatives and operational improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Masters’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA Prefered).
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and compliance.
