Job Scope:
· Report to Sales Manager and attend meetings to address delivery and production matters
· Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and manage new customer accounts
· Coordinate daily production plans and logistics schedules for smooth operations
· Collaborate with departments (sales, inventory, production) to ensure timely delivery
· Prepare and review sales forecasts, performance reports, and KPIs
· Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing issues and providing solutions
· Handle customer inquiries and manage inventory, including aging and excess stock
Job Requirements:
· Possess a diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
· At least 2 years of related working experience
· Competent in understanding technical writing
