- 2-3 days work week, Monday - Friday
- Location: CBD area
- Full set accounts experience is a must

Job Description
- Perform daily accounting and finance duties, including receivables and payables processing, general ledger maintaince and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices, customer statements and credit memos in a timely manner.
- Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers via phone, email or text writing while maintaining a positive relationship.
- Handle administrative duties
- Handle office expenses, staff claims and data entry into system.
- Handling HR matters including payroll processing, managing employee leave calendar, medical, claim matters and work pass applications.
- Responsible for month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Assist on monthly or quarterly reporting
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Key Requirements & Competencies
- Diploma in accounting related
- Strong proficieny in Accounting system and MS office
- Minimum 2 years working experience in accounting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Honest and positive attitude
