Our client is a prominent semiconductor inspection solutions provider, catering to various industries including automotive, telecommunications, and consumer electronics worldwide.
- Coordinate daily shipments and liaise with Freight Forwarders for bookings, ensuring all shipping documents are complete and accurate.
- Manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and more, for internal and external customers.
- Oversee crating, forklift arrangements, and fumigation of crates as necessary for all machine models.
- Handle spare parts packaging and shipping as requested by the marketing department, and perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- GCE N Level and above
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in SYSPRO Business software.
