- Establish, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet regulatory and Class Approval requirements.
- Lead quality initiatives and promote a quality culture across the company, ensuring continuous performance improvement.
- Coordinate and conduct audits, report outcomes, and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Support teams in conducting root cause analysis and incident investigations, and compile reports in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Train employees on QMS processes and ensure clear communication of quality procedures and responsibilities.
- Manage budgets for QMS projects, oversee licensing, and document quality approvals and procedures across allocated sites.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with ISO 9001: 2015 certification.
- At least of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and management in the aviation industries.
- Completion of the CAAS M10/L11/L12 Examination and ability to interpret CMM, including Illustrated Part Listings (IPL).
- Experience collaborating with OEMs for capability expansion and familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
- Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations in the marine, defence, and aviation sectors, along with practical experience in Quality Management Systems.
