Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned M&E Manager to lead and oversee the mechanical and electrical aspects of LTA and civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful planning, coordination, and execution of M&E works in compliance with project requirements, timelines, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all M&E activities for LTA and civil projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of M&E works.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to address potential issues in M&E designs or execution.
- Review and approve M&E designs, technical drawings, and method statements.
- Oversee quality assurance and control processes for M&E installations.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) requirements.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
- At least 8 years of experience in M&E management, with a focus on LTA and civil projects.
- Strong knowledge of LTA standards, civil engineering practices, and M&E systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
