Salary: Up to $3000
Duration: 6 months contract
Location: Outram (5 mins walk from Outram MRT)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Addresses the needs of all homebuyers and ensures a seamless homebuyers experience.
- Attend to homebuyers' enquiries, requests, as well as concerns and feedback with professionalism to promote a positive first impression.
- Always maintain a professional image and be well-versed about the property.
- Provide administrative duties at Reception.
- Assist owners to make appointment for key collection.
- Handle phone calls and walk-in queries including taking down messages during the Relationship Service Manager’s absence.
Requirements:
- Service-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Able to multitask
