Customer Service (Property Industry) - 6 months contract

Duration: 6 months contract


Location: Outram (5 mins walk from Outram MRT)


Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6pm


Responsibilities:

  • Addresses the needs of all homebuyers and ensures a seamless homebuyers experience.
  • Attend to homebuyers' enquiries, requests, as well as concerns and feedback with professionalism to promote a positive first impression.
  • Always maintain a professional image and be well-versed about the property.
  • Provide administrative duties at Reception.
  • Assist owners to make appointment for key collection.
  • Handle phone calls and walk-in queries including taking down messages during the Relationship Service Manager’s absence.

Requirements:

  • Service-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to multitask
