Main responsibilities:
- Formulate the company's daily personnel administration system and process, and handle company registration and annual audit related matters.
- Responsible for employee recruitment and management, including the purchase of provident fund, work injury insurance, medical insurance, salary calculation and payment, etc.
- Responsible for the leasing, decoration and layout of the office to ensure a comfortable and efficient office environment.
- Handle the company's local tax-related matters.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the CEO.
Job requirements:
- More than 3 years of comprehensive personnel administration work experience.
- Careful and responsible, able to patiently complete different work matters.
- Fluent in Chinese and English, can use Chinese and English as working languages.
- Singapore citizen or permanent resident.
