Key Responsibilities:
- Heterogeneous Integration: Engage in the complete processes of semiconductor package assembly, including die preparation (dicing and back-grinding)
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various high-tech instruments/equipment used in the heterogeneous integration processes, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use.
- Process Support: Manage equipment readiness, and ensure the availability of processing materials, and support assembly lap operations
- Inspection and Analysis: Conduct metrology inspections and analyse colour coded data to ensure the highest quality of assembly processes

Qualifications:
- Diploma or ITE graduate in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics.
