Duration: 1 year contract
Salary: Up to $6500
Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels,
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners,
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency,
- Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate company as a great place to work for all candidates.
Qualifications
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Preferably with at least 2 years of recruitment experience from the tech industry, either in an agency, search firm or in-house
