Key Responsibilities
Operations
· Manage end-to-end order and trade processing on the platform, covering a wide range of asset classes including stocks, ETFs, REITs, funds, bonds, private market investments, and structured products.
· Manage, support, and oversee Cash Operations for Kristal Singapore
· Perform daily reconciliation of cash flows and holdings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Identify operational risks and propose process improvements to mitigate them effectively.
· Collaborate with the Product/Technology teams to drive automation projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing manual processes.
· Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in operations.
Client Servicing & Relationship Management
· Partner with senior advisors to address the servicing needs of high-profile clients.
· Organize and manage regular portfolio reviews in collaboration with investment advisors to ensure optimal client portfolio performance over time.
· Drive client satisfaction by achieving key performance metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other KPIs.
· Foster client loyalty by generating referrals through exceptional service delivery.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client servicing capabilities and address client needs effectively.
· Contribute to strategic discussions aimed at improving service offerings and client engagement.
People Management
· Lead and manage the Operations & Client Servicing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
· Set clear goals for team members aligned with organizational objectives and provide regular feedback on performance.
· Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities while ensuring career growth within the organization.
