Company Overview:

Kiwoom Asset Management Asia Pte. Ltd. is a fund management company licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and an affiliated company of Kiwoom Securities Co., Ltd., a leading financial firm in South Korea. We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Staff member with knowledge of fund administration to join our team.

Position Summary:
The Administrative Staff member will support the operations of our team by leveraging their knowledge of fund administration processes. This role is essential in ensuring efficient office operations, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the fund administration team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing documentation.
  • Maintain and update fund records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the coordination of fund transactions and account management activities with banks, custodians, and other financial institutions.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, investors, and internal teams regarding fund-related matters and documentation.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, performance metrics, and regulatory filings as necessary.
  • Help monitor and reconcile fund accounts and transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new clients and funds, including documentation and compliance checks.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in an administrative role of 2-3 years, with a strong understanding of fund administration processes and terminology.
  • Familiarity with investment products, fund structures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with fund administration software or systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
