We are a Singapore-based company specialising in creating and operating innovative attractions. We're seeking a proactive and strategic professional to join our team as a Growth Executive to drive B2B marketing and partnership efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B lead generation, partnership development, and account management, particularly within the tourism and attractions sectors. This role will focus on expanding our customer base through collaboration with tour agencies, travel platforms, and industry partners.


Location: Singapore


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with tour agencies, corporate groups, and relevant B2B platforms to drive ticket sales and visitation to our attractions.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, including travel agencies, tourism boards, and corporate clients, to grow long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and implement targeted B2B marketing strategies to support business goals and drive leads through effective channels.
  • Conduct research on tourism trends, identifying new opportunities to collaborate with international and local partners to expand our reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing and partnership initiatives, providing insights to improve campaigns and optimise strategies.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to source new leads and build connections within the tourism sector.
  • Oversee CRM strategies to ensure strong relationship management with partners, improving retention and encouraging repeat business.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, account management, or business development, preferably within tourism or hospitality.
  • Proven experience working with travel agencies, corporate partners, or tourism boards.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and partnership marketing in the B2B space.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage and influence partners.
