Job Description

  • Based the company's strategy and the international environment's changes, manage the international compliance strategy, coordinate and promote the process of Tencent Games' international product risk management, and continuously optimize critical points.
  • Analyze and solve problems encountered in compliance work, and cooperate with relevant parties to promote the implementation of compliance strategies
  • Drive construction of related systems and tools, and improve the efficiency of Tencent Games' international product assessment workflow.
  • Advocate employee's product compliance awareness within the companies
  • Provide corresponding decision-making support for management team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in business management, finance, mathematics, computer and relevant majors are preferred.
  • Working experience in data privacy or data security is a must
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure, able to influence and work with other departments to implement normalised compliance procedure.
  • Excellent logical thinking ability, good at problem solving and proactive work attitude
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills and execution capability, ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Minimum years of relevant work experience, love games, prior experience in game project development or operation is a plus.
  • Candidates with experiences in process management domain within Video Game Industry, or knowledge of international laws and policies are preferred
  • Ability to use English and Chinese as working language to interact with stakeholders in China HQ and other regions.
