- Lead and manage the network administration team, ensuring smooth operations and project delivery.
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN.
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee network upgrades, expansions, and equipment installations.
- Implement network security protocols and manage firewall configurations.
- Coordinate with other IT teams to support system integration and network requirements.
- Plan and manage network capacity, scalability, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Establish and enforce network policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Mentor and develop junior network engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
