Job descriptions:
- Assist in the scale-up and transition of Virtual Credit Card solution to remaining research institutes and national platforms under the organization.
- Liaise with bank and internal stakeholders on preparatory work required for the onboarding of research institutes and national platforms to adopt the Virtual Credit Card solution.
- Provide support and advice to internal stakeholders on clarification related to the Virtual Credit Card solution based on policies and guidelines.
- Assist in the discussion with the bank to highlight technical issues experienced by internal stakeholders on the bank’ platform for Virtual Credit Card solution and get resolutions from the bank.
- Assist in the internal workgroup discussion with IT Division to explore potential enhancement of existing workflow.
- Render administrative support on automation initiative.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare Records of Decisions / Minutes of Meeting monitor action items.
- Provide ad-hoc support as assigned by supervisor.
Job requirements:
- Only Singaporean.
- Minimum Diploma holder, preferably with qualification in Finance / Accountancy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
