What you will be doing:
- Research business, Financial and sales conditions for all automotive business
- Strategizing planning processes and Upsell and cross-sell planning for profit maximization
- Forging new relationships and shaking up earnings structure in cooperation with stakeholders across the organization to establish greater synergy
- Conducting marketing research, Commoditizing, and providing comparison information
- Work closely with stakeholders to prepare for investment opportunities which include but are not limited to crafting proposals, due diligence preparation, and implementation plans for the automotive business
- Work closely with stakeholders and lead the initiative to strategically achieve the revenue target, across all the after-sales business units regionally.
- Oversee business performance and optimize the profit margin of the after-sales business.
- Expanding customers and building relationships through sales and service products to achieve revenue locally, and as a group.
- Illuminate risks/opportunities and anticipate necessary actions to limit risks and transform opportunities.
- Establish and implement the standardization of inspection, recondition, sales and operations Standard Operating Procedures all across the different entities across the group. Establish and implement a standardized workshop business and operational infrastructure across the regional countries.
What we are looking for:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in automotive after-sales business development, automotive parts sales & services operations, and technical knowledge.
- A Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
- Demonstrable track record of business development strategies.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in crafting, implementing, and continuously improving automotive workshop/sales workflow, sop, and best practices.
- Possess a strong sense of integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, and grit to ensure that the operations are aligned to business goals and deliver the best customer experience consistently.
