Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care by assessing health, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications/treatments as prescribed.
- Accurately document patient information, treatments, and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide care in high-pressure situations.
- Follow institutional policies, safety protocols, and infection control procedures.
- Be available to work on short notice, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Adapt quickly to different healthcare settings, units, and patient care situations.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Degree in Nursing
- Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Ability to effectively communicate with both children and their parents or guardians.
- Patient and friendly
- Able to commit to working hours: Mon - Fri, 7.30am to 4.30pm
