Job Scope:
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and equipment
- Perform electrical load calculations and ensure designs meet safety and performance standards
- Develop and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in systems and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate electrical systems into larger projects
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for electrical engineering tasks
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation for projects
- Stay updated with advancements in electrical engineering technologies and best practices
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in designing and developing customized automation machines
- Proficient in writing PLC application programs (e.g., Omron, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Keyence, Beckhoff)
- Familiar with PC-based programming (Visual Basic, C++) for machine controls
- Hands-on experience, able to guide technicians on schematics and layouts
- Occasional travel required
