Our client, is a preschool center operator which is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Temporary Admin Assistant (3 months).
Job Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and scanning of invoices into the system
- Scanning and filing hard-copy documents
- Maintain filing systems
- Preparation of simple excel documents.
- Provide support to the Assistant Manager whenever necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in any field
- Prior experience in administrative roles preferred
