Sales Administration / Support
- Process Customers’ Purchase Orders by raising Customer Order Processing (COP) forms and performing stock reservations.
- To raise and issue purchaserequisition of equipment, spare parts, and accessories required for projects and ad-hoc orders and submit for approval.
- Correspond with customers, manufacturers, vendors and suppliers via email/phone for shipment status.
- Responsible for expediting the receivables and deliverables of ordered goods and identifying ordered equipment to prepare material take-off schedule for orders.
- Coordinate, liaise, and work with the Warehouse and Logistics Department to ensure that goods are packed and delivered on time to customers.
- Attend to customer inquiries (via phone/email) for prices and stock positions or customer complaints (e.g., invoice disputes) and ensure necessary actions are taken and followed through.
- Assist Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s) in drafting proposals and quotations to customers.
- Assist Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s) collating multiple variations for projects for price negotiation with customer(s).
- Ensure that all filings are in order.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Sales / Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s).
Marketing Communication
- Assist Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s) in organising and/or coordinating events e.g. Trade exhibitions, road shows, new product seminars, etc
- Assist Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s) in organising and/or coordinating internal events, eg. Dealer meetings.
- Prepare and organise marketing collaterals.
- In charge of maintaining and ensuring the Company’s website content is current and up to date.
- Assist Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s) to liaise with partners of trade magazines and media agencies.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level with at least 6 - 7 years of related working experiences.
- Diploma holder preferably in Business Administration or other relevant with at least 4 - 5 years of related working experiences.
- Degree holder preferably in Business Administration or other relevant with 3-4 years of related working experiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Experienced in ERP, preferably NetSuite, will be advantageous.
- Navigation communication product knowledge preferred.
