Job Scope:
- Generate new business opportunities and lead generation through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting key benefits
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals
- Achieve sales targets and meet monthly, quarterly, or yearly sales goals
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Provide post-sales support, addressing client inquiries, issues, and feedback
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints or issues as needed
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, or networking events to promote products or services
- Report on sales performance and market conditions to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' level education
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in written and spoken English
- Several years of experience in sales of construction equipment and materials preferred
- Clean driving license and own transport required
- 5-day work week, subject to site requirements
- Attractive remuneration package with commission offered
