- Assist in design development and documentation of local projects
- Liaise with local authorities on requirements and compliance
- Lead and coordinate with Consultants’ team in implementing project
- Assist QP in carrying out project supervision
Requirements:
- Possess good design and detailing skills
- Proficient in Autocad, SketchUp, Revit and/or ArchiCad
- Familiar with local codes and regulations
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadline
- Degree in Architecture from a university recognized by BOA
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in public housing
- Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
