Job Scope:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Monitor and test materials, products, and processes to verify quality
- Identify and resolve quality issues and non-conformance
- Review project specifications, drawings, and standards for quality requirements
- Prepare quality reports and document test results and inspections
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality requirements are met
- Perform root cause analysis for quality failures and implement corrective actions
- Ensure that safety and environmental standards are followed during inspections
- Train and mentor staff on quality control processes and best practices
- Maintain records of quality inspections, certifications, and test results
- Support project managers in quality planning and control
- Ensure continuous improvement in quality processes and systems
Requirements:
- Engineering degree
- 5+ years of QA/QC experience in construction
- Experience in structural steel or precast RC works
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
