Client Advisor Assistant (CAA)
Responsible for delivering superior client experience through understanding, anticipating and executing client’s transactions and providing excellent administrative and organizational support to Client Advisors/Client Partners.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support Client Advisors/Client Partners in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- Be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or order placement, payments, etc.
- Assist with client onboarding, account opening, due diligence and monitoring activities
- Assist with client order placements, monitoring and record keeping
- Support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals
- Comply with internal policies & procedures and escalating exceptions where necessary
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Provide back up for buddy CAAs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in private banks.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Professional maturity, strong work ethic and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
- Fluency in Mandarin needed to cover North Asia/Greater China client segments.
- Proficient with all Microsoft 365 apps
