Client Advisor Assistant (CAA)


Responsible for delivering superior client experience through understanding, anticipating and executing client’s transactions and providing excellent administrative and organizational support to Client Advisors/Client Partners.


Primary Responsibilities

  1. Support Client Advisors/Client Partners in delivering exceptional client service and experience
  2. Be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or order placement, payments, etc.
  3. Assist with client onboarding, account opening, due diligence and monitoring activities
  4. Assist with client order placements, monitoring and record keeping
  5. Support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals
  6. Comply with internal policies & procedures and escalating exceptions where necessary
  7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
  8. Provide back up for buddy CAAs.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in private banks.
  2. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  3. Professional maturity, strong work ethic and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
  4. Fluency in Mandarin needed to cover North Asia/Greater China client segments.
  5. Proficient with all Microsoft 365 apps
