As a Logistics Manager, you will oversee and optimize the warehouse and supply chain operations, focusing on efficiency and alignment with business objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, marketing, and sales, you will ensure seamless coordination to meet operational goals and customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, retailers and resolve any arising problems or complaints from customers.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Optimize transportation routes and modes to minimize lead times and costs, ensuring on-time product delivery.
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
- Implement effective warehouse management practices to streamline stock or inventory handling, storage, and order fulfillment processes for retailers and customers.
- Able to meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Monitor market trends, customer demands, industry developments to implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce for any issues or challenges that arise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of working experiences in logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership and dynamic team player with the ability to motivate team, foster good relationships and collaboration, therefore achieving great outcomes and results.
