Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates
- Identify short term and long term hiring needs and set performance standards
- Manage employee relations and address any issues or grievances
- Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture
- Design and implement compesnsation and benefits packagaes
- Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Set performance standards and evaluate the performance of local HR teams
- Condut performance reviews and provide feedback
- Prepare and manage the HR department's budget
- Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements as needed
- Align HR strategies with regional business goals
- Support the development of organizational strategies and objectives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Regional HR Manager or similar role
- Experience in the auto trading industry is a plus
- Strong understanding of full cycle recruiting and HR best practices
- Excellent knowledge of local labor regulations
- Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and develop actionable insights
